HOW IT WORKS

Create a GIF from text or a photo

Choose an input, describe the motion and review the result.

FROM YOUR CAMERA ROLL

Keep the photo. Give the moment a direction.

Choose a clear portrait, pet or product photo, then describe what should move. A blink, a small head turn or a gentle change in expression is a useful starting point. Say what should stay still when the background or framing matters to you.

Photo-based example: bubbles and reflections move around an AI-created soda bottle. Results vary by image and prompt.

THE MOVEMENT MATTERS

Tell the subject what to do, and what to keep.

Motion instructions work best when they refer to what is actually in the photo. Ask for a smile, a blink or a gentle turn rather than describing a completely new scene. If the person must stay recognizable or the product label must remain legible, make that constraint explicit.

AI animation can change facial details, backgrounds or lettering. Check the result before sharing.

A CLEAR VISUAL DIRECTION

Choose a clear reference before choosing a style.

Use a photo you have permission to process. Prefer a visible subject, a simple background and a crop with space for the intended movement. Low light, hidden features and tiny product text can make the animation harder to control.

The photo picker accepts JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB and 40 million pixels.

SMALL FILE, REAL MOVEMENT

Review the face, the background and the loop.

When photo generation is available, check that the subject remains recognizable throughout the movement. Watch for changing details and unwanted camera movement. Preview before downloading, and save a copy of any output you want to keep.

The record-player animation was generated from text. The soda example above uses a reference image.
