GIF Studio is operated by Allen. By using the service, you agree to these terms and must be legally eligible to do so. Contact support@animatedgifgenerator.com with service, content or billing questions. The Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.
Your account and creations
Keep your Google account secure and use accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit text, photos or other material, including any people depicted.
You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize GIF Studio and its service providers to process them to deliver your requested service. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to another output. Review it before publication or commercial use. Provider terms, third-party rights and applicable law may limit its use; we do not promise exclusivity or that every result is copyrightable.
Generation and availability
The controls show the selected mode, quality, frame count or duration and quoted Credit cost before submission. Examples are existing samples; selecting one does not generate a new result or spend Credits.
Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, capacity or provider reasons. A request whose outcome is unknown remains under investigation against its original task reference. Do not repeatedly submit or pay again to resolve an unknown result.
Credits and monthly plans
Eligible new Google-login accounts receive 40 welcome Credits once, valid for 30 days. Standard Text to GIF starts at 30 Credits and Standard Photo to GIF at 35; selected quality and frame count determine the total. Standard playback time changes animation speed without adding Credits. Premium Motion uses its separate resolution and duration rates shown in the controls.
One-time purchased Credits do not expire. Monthly subscription Credits follow the actual paid billing period and do not roll over. Plans renew until canceled; canceling preserves the current paid period. A failed renewal does not issue a new period’s Credits. Annual plans are not offered.
Welcome and subscription Credits are used by earliest expiry, with permanent purchase Credits last. A task may use more than one source; welcome Credits take priority when expiry times tie. Credits are service units, not money or a transferable financial balance.
Failures, refunds and payment questions
Confirmed generation failures return deducted Credits to their original valid allocations. If a deducted allocation expired, that amount receives seven-day compensation Credits. Unused expired balances are not compensated. An unknown outcome is checked before a retry or refund; successful tasks are not automatically refunded.
For a cash refund request, email support@animatedgifgenerator.com with the order reference, account email and reason. Requests are reviewed against purchase and usage records. Credit restoration and cash refunds are separate. Applicable statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Checkout shows the offer and payment terms before payment. Do not enter real payment details into a checkout explicitly marked TEST. Only confirmed payments create purchased entitlements.
Watermarks and saved works
Free-account results carry the GIF Studio logo and website name. Active subscribers and accounts with a previous one-time Credit purchase generate without a watermark, including when using welcome Credits.
Free accounts have 500 MB and three-day work retention. One-time purchase accounts have 5 GB and 30-day retention for new works. Monthly plans have the capacity shown on Pricing. Retention is set by the account tier when a generation starts; later upgrades do not extend existing works automatically.
Subscription expiry includes a 30-day read-only download buffer. Downgrade cleanup requires a delivered warning at least seven days in advance; unconfirmed delivery postpones cleanup. Renewing stops remaining downgrade cleanup. Keep your own copies of important works.
Content standards
Do not submit, generate or distribute the following content. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, promotional-Credit abuse, unauthorized access or bypassing provider safety controls.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Graphic violence, gore or promotion of serious violence.
- Hate speech or attacks based on protected traits.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors or other child-unsafe content.
- Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation or misleading use of a real person’s likeness.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
Email support@animatedgifgenerator.com with the relevant page, task or work reference, a description and evidence you may lawfully share. Do not send child abuse imagery. Use the same channel to appeal an account or content decision.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may reject a request, remove hosted work, restrict a feature or suspend an account to address abuse, legal requirements or security risks. A content decision does not by itself approve a cash refund.
Limits and changes
The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular creative result or suitability for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes where required. The effective date appears above. Contact support before continuing if you need help understanding a change.
